We loved the warm welcome and attentive service during our stay. The hotel was clean and cozy with spacious rooms and free Wi-Fi. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and most spoke English. The hotel restaurant had fantastic food at reasonable prices.

The charming old building was a nice surprise. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, which was appreciated. The location was serene and made for a relaxing stay.
The lack of clear signage made finding the hotel and entrance a bit of a challenge. The bed was a little too soft for my taste.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which helped to create a good atmosphere. There was also a good view of the mountains from the hotel, which was beautiful. we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi that was available throughout the hotel and in our room.
the hotel did not offer any New Year's Eve festivities, which was disappointing since it's a popular holiday.

The hotel's location is convenient as it is near the city center. the room was spacious and had all the necessary toiletries. the staff was polite and attentive to our requests. Breakfast was pleasant, and the restaurant is reasonably priced. the hotel has beautiful views of nature.
Finding the entrance of the hotel was difficult due to poor signage.
